How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch your order within 1-2 working days after your payment. Then depends on your location; it usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive at your address. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.

How to track my order?

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a tracking number with a specific link; then, you can check the real-time status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes of course, we do international shipping. Once you place an order, we will check your location and dispatch the goods from the nearest location to you.

Are your products only brand new?

On our website, we are selling only Brand new ASIC miners, which usually come with a 12 months warranty period.

Where do my orders ship from?

Hash Zebra is a Hong Kong-based company located in China.
We have local warehouses in different countries such as Hong Kong and Shenzhan; once you place an order, we will check your location and dispatch the order from the nearest location to you.

How about customs duties and this process?

You will never be involved with customs or duties. Hash Zebra will cover everything. All orders will easily deliver to your address without any extra fees or additional processes.

What payment methods can we accept?

In Hash Zebra, you can purchase ASIC miners using cryptocurrencies! (USDT, USDC, DAI, Bitcoin, Ethereum)
Bank transfers and Credit Cards are also acceptable!

What is your return policy?

Mainly because of some conditions in this industry, nobody accepts refunds and cancels; all sales are final & non-refundable.

But in exceptional circumstances, if you need a refund, don’t hesitate to contact us; we will see the situation in detail and try to do it if possible!

Can I exchange an item?

If you still didn’t receive your order, yes you can request to exchange item and it may have some additional shipping fee for you.

How can I check the warranty status for my ASIC Miner?

All brand new devices that Hash Zebra ships to you; they have the warranty period.

What happens if my ASIC miner got a problem?

Before shipping, all machines are tested by professional technicians in the manufacturer, and devices come with a sealed box together with a warranty period too (Usually warranty period is 12 months);

If something happens within the warranty period, our team will help you connect with the authorized repair center and fix this problem for free.

Please note: All warranty coverages are under the manufacturer’s rules, and we support you to do it more easily.
