Shipping
We provide free shipping for all orders, excluding customs duty, taxes and other charges applicable to your country.
The usual turnaround time for shipping our products is within 2-4 days of order placement. In the case of bulk orders, we take 4-5 days to ship the total order from our warehouse. The shipping process starts once we receive payment from our customer for the product/s in question.

Any liability does not bind us for misplacement, carelessness or other issues on the part of the courier carriers. You can refer to the particular courier partner’s Terms of Service and Policies.
We are not responsible for courier service lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. If you want us to change your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing an order. There is no refund for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Returns
We don’t accept returns of the miner as there is no option of order cancellation once the payment has been made. We hold the complete authority for discretion to accept the return of miners.
