1.Working principle of dry and wet water tower

Dry-wet water tower is a kind of efficient cooling equipment. It is often called closed water tower because its pipeline is a closed-loop system. The whole system also includes two parts of water. The first part is internal circulation water. We connect the mining machine and the water tank with this part of water. The whole internal circulation pipeline must use pure water, antifreeze or distilled water. Otherwise, the internal pipeline is prone to scaling under high temperature operation, which will be very difficult to clean. The second part is external cooling water. This part of water can use tap water or groundwater. The water tower contains a pump⑧  . The function of this pump is to pump the external cooling water of the water tower from the bottom of the water tank⑦  to the top of the spray system④ Through the ppr pipeline⑨  , and then sprinkle it on the pipe⑤ . The cooling water contacts the pipe to generate hot steam and takes away the heat through the fan ② . The top insulation material③  will effectively condense the water vapor and recover excess water vapor.Then cooled water flows back to the mining machine equipment. 2.Dry and wet tower heat dissipation efficiency

The heat dissipation efficiency of dry and wet water tower mainly depends on the external air temperature, humidity, flow rate of cooling medium and design of heat exchanger. Generally speaking, areas with lower wet-bulb temperatures (dry air environments) are more suitable for using water towers. Conversely, areas with higher wet-bulb temperatures have limited heat dissipation effects. 3.Water consumption of Dry-wet water towers

The Dry-wet water tower adopts a closed circulation system, so the water inside it will not evaporate and lose, and basically does not require frequent water replenishment, and the water consumption is extremely low. Only during equipment maintenance or extreme environments, the system may have slight water evaporation, and the normal operation of the system can be maintained by appropriate water replenishment. However, there will be a certain consumption of external cooling water, From tens liter to several tons per hour, depending on the size of the water tower and how much heat needs to be dissipatedbut fortunately, these waters only need to use tap water.
